In times of crisis, women give up on beauty products? Judging by the Ministry of health, absolutely no! Even in 2010 sales of cosmetic products have experienced a strong surge. The object of desire of almost all women would especially enamels which cannot fail to complete the look of a woman: the less attentive to mode doesn't seem to be able to help. The turnover that revolves around the personal care products, stands at about 10 billion.
